I do not charge a call out fee and my pricing is made clear up front, no hidden extras. In most instances the cost of Labour and Materials can be given over the phone.
if an estimate cannot be given, I will in agreement with the customer attend and assess the work to be carried out and give an exact price before commencing any work.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
How long will it take to get to me?
Locksmiths will usually try to respond as quickly as possible, priority made for emergencies.
Do you offer emergency services?
Yes, we offer 24/7 emergency locksmith services.
Do all locksmiths provide the same service?
There are many locksmiths, but not all are experts. Some will break them as a first option, then charge to replace them. Paul is a time served locksmith with over 30 years experiance.
How will I know that the person who turns up is a master locksmith?
I always carry my ID for inspection.

How much will a new lock cost for my front door?
The cost varies depending on the lock type. Call us and provide a description of the lock.
The most accurate way to establish the cost would be to take a photo of the lock and email it to me, I may ask other questions to provide you with a quote.

As well as house locks, we can help with doors, windows, safes, garages, cupboards, shutters, boxes.

Are you insured and licensed?
Yes, we are fully insured for public liability and a member of Master Locksmiths with CRB checks verification.

Excellent service as always. 1st choice locksmith have been our first choice for changing our locks after a break in, fixing a lock when keys were stuck and more recently altering our door when the lock was misaligned.
